At the moment, I’m a senior in high school. I am 16 years old (I turn 17 next year). I skipped one year of kindergarten. That’s why I am graduating early.

I am really excited for my senior year and to graduate. I fell like I’m ready for a new chapter in my life. In May, we are taking our exams. And after that we have 3 months of no school!

At our high school, the last 3 year we have to take the same subjects. We can choose between different subjects based on your interest. The subject I’m taking are:

• 3 different languages
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Geography
• Math
• Art history

Art history is one of my favorite subjects. I like how I can recognize different styles when I’m on a trip. Like we’re walking past a church and I’m like: that’s a Romanesque church.

Chemistry is my least favorite subject. It just doesn’t make sense to me. I’m working hard on my homework so I can good grades.

In a month we have our ‘testweek’. In one week we will get test from every subject. Luckily it starts on a Thursday and ends on a Wednesday. So we have a full weekend in between to learn. Also the Monday and Tuesday before we don’t have to go to school. I’m kinda nervous for our first testweek because it’s my senior year and I want to get good grades.
